The Sadness - reflections and observations
The collected sadness of any individual's life - if compressed into one moment - would be potent enough to destroy anything.
I was just thinking today about losing H and if I would be able to reflect on missing him or if I would just move on and close that door to avoid the sense of loss.
Exactly my thoughts. It's just too much - little by little we are quite resilient, but how to handle sadness of that magnitude? We are extraordinary creatures in our ability to rejuvenate, and perhaps closing the door would be the only adaptive option. Enough of those thoughts though.
